Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the case of error on our part.
Defective or damaged items:

We will replace the faulty item or arrange a full refund, including shipping costs.

Exchanges:

We currently do not accept exchanges. To obtain a different product, please return the unwanted item and place a new order.
