Bocote wood is a precious wood used for turning, carving, violin making and cabinetmaking.
Coming from the Boraginaceae family, it is native to Mexico or Costa Rica, it is also called Spanish Elm or Mexican Rosewood.
It is a hard wood, exceptional for its irregular patterns. From light brown to dark brown with gold highlights, passing through nuances where we find green as well as black streaks.
Mechanism in high quality 12 C 27 carbon stainless steel from the Forges de Thiers, the world capital of cutlery.
